Layering experiment: Dr.'s Remedy ESSENTIAL Emerald with Golden Rose 06

Hello my lovelies :)

Another layering experiment here at Lucy's Stash today :) Are you tired of them or do you want more?

I have here Golden Rose Scale Effect 06 (light blue/green flakies) layered over Dr.'s Remedy ESSENTIAL Emerald. Another mermaid-y colour? Golden Rose flakies are very good substitute for Nfu Oh's but they won't give you that jelly with shimmer base...but you can layer it over a jelly polish or shimmery polish and it will look great.

How freakin' beautiful is this???

Closer to Christmas with OPI Merry Midnight...

Yes, this is also kind of Christmasy mani I wore. I've used last year's holiday polish OPI merry Midnight and on the top of it one layer of Golden Rose Scale Effect #15. It is nice dark plum colour with flakies, it's just gorgeous! I'm sorry for the awful quality of the pictures, it was really dark day :(

Golden Rose Super Shine 143 swatch

Just one quick old swatch before some nailart ;) I picked up this Golden Rose Super Shine & Lasting #143 on my holiday in Czech Republic. Perfect shimmery bronze colour for summer....but summer is gone isn't it? :-/ I have 2 coats in the picture and polish was opaque enough however the third coat would be better. It dried quite quickly which is a big advantage however removing was a little bit messy because of the tiny glitter particles. It really is super shiny but staying power is average.

Mam tu jeden stary lak, nez vam ukazu nejaky dalsi nailart ;) O prazdninach v Cesku jsem si koupila tenhle Golden Rose Super Shine & Lasting #143. Je to perfektni trpytivy bronzovy odstin na leto...ale uz neni leto,co? :-/ Na fotce mam dve vrstvy. lak byl kryci tak akorat, ale klidne by to sneslo treti vrstvu :) Uschnul celkem rychle, coz je dost velka vyhoda, ale odlakovavani bylo trosku neporadne diky drobnym trpytivym casteckam. opravdu je super shiny (trpytivy/leskly), ale vydrz ma prumernou.

100th post & Golden Rose Chameleon Effect

Wow, this is my 100th post and I thank you guys for reading my blog and lovely comments :) I am little bit busy these days so sorry for lack of posts ;) Despite thet I hope you will still read my blog :)

Today I've got for you Golden Rose Chameleon Effect nail polish. I must say I really like it. The colour is not flat and boring, it is rich magenta/purple colour with pink shimmer. Colour was easy to apply but a little bit streaky.

At the end I stamped nails with fauxnad plate and Color Club Smoke and mirrors nail polish.

Teeeda, tak tohle uz je muj sty prispevek :) Moc dekuju, ze muj blog ctete a dekuju taky za pekne komentare :) Ted mam troskucasove narocnejsi obdobi,takze se omlouvam za nedostatek prispevku. Presto doufam,ze mi i nadale zustanete verne :)

Dnes tu mam lacek Golden Rose Chameleon Effect. Musim rict,ze se mi moc libi. Barva neni nudna, je krasne syta a ma urcitou hloubku. Je to takova ruzovo-fialova s ruzovym trpytem. Lak se dobre nanasel, jen malinko pruhoval.

Nakonec jsem nehty orazitkovala fauxnad destickou a lakem Color Club Smoke and mirrors.

Barielle Spring Shades - Blossom

Today I've got one Spring Shade from Barielle called Blossom. It is nice creamy opaque peach. I bought this one on Barielle website because there is Buy one get one free offer. It applied very easily with no streaks but it didn't last on me very long time. I had chipping after three days of wearing.

And because cremes are quite boring for me, I've applied one coat of Golden Rose flaky polish.

Also I would like to announce that when I reach 250 followers, I will do big polish giveaway :)

Dnes tu mam Barielle Blossom ze Spring Shades kolekce. Je to pekna broskvova kryci kremovka. Koupila jsem ji na Barielle webu, protoze tam maji akci 1+1 zdarma.  Nanasel se velmi snadno a bez pruhovani, ale moc dlouho mi v perfektnim stavu nevydrzel. Zacal se mi odlupovat po trech dnech.

A protoze jsou kremovky pro me casto nudne, pridala jsem jednu vrstvu supinkoveho Golden Rose laku.

Taky bych chtela oznamit, ze az dosahnu 250 followeru, tak udelam velkou lakovou soutez :)

Search for Chanel Particuliere dupe…

I’m still on the hunt after the perfect Chanel Particuliere dupe. I found pretty close one in the Golden Rose counter. It is Golden Rose Fantastic Color #171. I don’t own Particuliere but my friend does so I made a picture of both for you. I think the shade is pretty close, nice taupe colour. If you know about even closer shade, let know I want to own it :D Application was nice and smooth and polish dried out quite quickly.  There were no streaks and brush was pretty nice but it is really not OPI brush.

Porad jsem na lovu po perfektnim dvojniku Chanelu Particuliere. Nasla jsem jeden velmi podobny odstin v obchudku Golden Rose.  Je to Golden rose Fantastic Color #171. Chanel nevlastnim, ale moje kamaradka ano, tak jsem je pro vas oba vedle sebe vyfotila. Myslim si, ze odstin je dost podobny, pekna taupe barvicka. Jestli ale vite jeste o blizsim dvojniku, urcite mi dejte vedet, chci ho taky :D S lakem se dobre lakovalo, nepruhoval  a uschnul celkem rychle. Stetecek byl taky celkem v pohode, I kdyz OPI to fakt neni.

Playing with flakies...Miss Sporty 314 and Golden Rose

I know that Miss Sporty is a cheap drugstore brand but I still bought three of them. I wanted a very dark blue as the only dark blueish (more purple really) I have is OPI Ink. Miss Sporty 314 is not creme, it has a dark blue shimmer. I was very pleasantly surprised-it needed only ONE thicker coat for a full coverage, the brush was wide and it did not chip in the first three days! I made it special with one coat of Golden Rose Scale effect. I just love flakies! They make the nails pop...I still had to look at them...they remind me of mermaids :)

Vim moc dobre, ze Miss Sporty je levna drogerkova znacka,ale presto jsem si tri laky koupila. Chtela jsem hodne tmavou modrou, protoze jedinou tmave modrou (no spis fialovou) mam OPI Ink. Miss Sporty neni kremovka, ma v sobe jemny tmave-modry trpyt. Byla jsem dost mile prekvapena-stacila pouze jedna silnejsi vrstva pro plne kryti, stetecek byl krasne siroky a lak se mi vydrzel prvni tri dny v moc fajn stavu. Ozvlastnila jsem ho jeste vrstvou Golden Rose Scale effect. Proste miluju supinky! Uzasne zvyrazni nehty...jsem si na ne porad musela koukat...propominaji mi morske panny :)

For this Mani I've used Nfu Oh 108 in two coats and one coat of Golden Rose Scale Effect 07. It lasted for unbelievable 6 days!

Pro tuhle manikuru jsem pouzila lak Nfu Oh 108 ve dvou vrstvach a jednu vrstvu Golden Rose Scale Effect 07. Lak mi na nehtech vydrzel neuveritelnych 6 dni v krasnem stavu!

Playing with OPI Ink

Opi Ink is quite old shade but for me it still has its magic. So today I'm gonna show you some experiments with it :) There is the colour itself in the first picture. Then I used stamping techique with fauxnad image plate and Konad silver nail polish. And finally in the last two pictures is Ink with one layer of Golden Rose Scale effect no. 14. Personaly I prefer the last nails the most, because the Golden Rose flakies makes nails soooo interesting! I can't stop looking at them! I just love it and I hope you like it too.

Opi Ink uz je docela stary odstin,ale pro me ma porad sve kouzlo. Takze dneska vam s nim ukazu par experimentu :) Tak na prvnim obrazku je lak samotny. Pak jsem ho orazitkovala stribrnym lakem Konad a vzor je z desticky fauxnad. A konecne na poslednich dvou obrazcich je Ink s jednou vrstvou Golden Rose Scale effect c.14. Osobne se mi tyhle posledni nehtiky libi ze vsech nejvic, protoze ty barevne supinky jsou na nehtech taaak zajimave! Nemuzu prestat koukat na svoje nehty! Je to proste nadherny a doufam,ze se vam to taky bude libit :)

Nfu Oh Opal vs. Golden Rose Scale Effect

Since I first saw Nfu Oh's Shiny opal polishes, I fell in love with them. Unfortunately they are very hard to get so I've looked for some replacement. And I found it! The cosmetic brand Golden Rose sells Scale effect line which looks like Nfu Oh polishes. I must have tried it instantly. They look absolutely gorgeous and they are much cheaper than Nfu Oh. This polish is great for layering :) The one disadvantage I see is that when the polish gets dry, it is a bit matte so you will probably want to use a top coat. I own three of these polishes, numbers 15, 07 and 14.

Od te doby, co jsem poprve videla laky Nfu Oh s supinkami, tak jsem se do nich zamilovala. Bohuzel jsou velmi tezko k sehnani, takze jsem hledala nahradu. A nasla jsem ji! Kosmeticka znacka Golden Rose ma radu nazvanou Scale Effect a jsou to podobne laky s supinkami jako ma Nfu Oh. Vypadaji naprosto uzasne, jsou mnohem levnejsi nez Nfu Oh a jsou skvele na vrstveni. Jako jedinou nevyhodu vidim, ze zasycha tak nejak polomatne, takze urcite budete chtit pouzit top coat, jako ja. Zatim vlastnim tri tyto laky, konkretne cisla 15, 07 a 14.




And this is my first try. I applied one coat of Golden Rose Scale Effect no. 15 over two coats of OPI Merry Midnight.
