Hello lovelies!
I've got one more nail art for you ;) It's a whole SpaRitual manicure and it is inspired by Stripe manicure by MakeupWithdrawal but with a little diagonal twist.
For this look I've used SpaRitual Back To Your Roots as a base. Then I've applied striping foil pieces to create diagonal stripes. Next step was to paint in between the foil stripes with different colours. The first shade is SpaRitual Conduit from Gold collection, the second shade is Rusted Lux from the same collection and the last one is Native Soil from Soil Duo set.
You like? I loved it! I never wear brown shades but I absolutely loved this and the aboriginal manicure!
damn great work!!!

ReplyDeleteIf you have a look at this tutorial, it's basically the same think only the stripes are laid in the diagonal direction and painted with different colours inbetween http://www.lucysstash.com/2012/05/summer-challenge-day-6-summer-sunrise.html
DeleteBeautiful colors and perfectly executed!

LOVE it! Unfortunately I don't have any striping tape... I was thinking of trying this look by reversing the technique - doing a grandient base with the colours, and the a scotch tape mani with the beige on top... wondering if that would work!
ReplyDeleteYou can definitely do that. I bought my striping foil on ebay for £0.99 x
DeleteYes, it looks awesome and I normally don't like shades like this either. I'd say that I'll have to try it with purples or teals!
