Hello lovelies,
A quick nailart post today featuring Nicole By OPI mini Neons and Barry M Nail Art Pen White. I've basically tried to do mixed patterns, each nail different. I've got not much else to say except everybody enjoy the weekend!

Morse code Nail Art Design using Barry M Nail Art Pen Black
Hello lovelies,
So since I've shown you swatches of the Nicole By OPI mini neons yesterday, I've done some nail art with them too. This manicure was kinda inspired by Morse code (which I used to know but probably have to think hard today about it :D)
I've used all polishes from the Nicole By OPI Notorious! Neons set and Barry M Nail Art Pen Black.
So what do you think? I liked it a lot and it was easy to do - just dots and dashes ;)

Nicole by OPI Scandalous! and Notorious! Neons sets - Review and skittle swatches
*PR sample
Hello lovelies, I've got these cute Nicole by OPI mini neon sets for review so hope you'll enjoy them! There are two sets, each contains three neon shades and white creme polish to be applied underneath them.
Scandalous! Neons set - This set consists of White Base polish, Blue Neon, Purple Neon and Pink Neon polishes. I've swatched each polish over two coats of the White Base polish. Each of them were streaky in the first coat but the second coat made the colour look more uniform. They are nicely bright although I would call only the Pink Neon truly neon shade. The Blue Neon is absolutely stunning though, it's deeper and more vivid in the real life.
Notorious! Neons set - This set consists of White Base polish, Green Neon, Fuchsia Neon and Orange Neon polishes. I've again swatched each polish over two coats of the White Base polish. This set is brighter than the Scandalous! set and it's also more 'neon'. My camera didn't capture Fuchsia Neon quite right, it is more neon pink, awesome colour in real life. They all applied well but needed two coats of white and two coats of colour to achieve nice look.
Are you going to be rocking neons this Summer? I sure will, I just can't decide which ones to pack into my holiday suitcase. Which ones would YOU pick?

Nicole by OPI Gumdrops Collection - Review and swatches
*PR sample
Hello lovelies, the texture polish trend is not dying out, on the contrary. Right now I have here another texture polish collection, this time from Nicole by OPI called Gumdrops.
From the Press release: “These shades are sure to satisfy any sweet tooth,” explains Suzi Weiss-Fischmann, Nicole by OPI Co-Founder & Artistic Director. “By combining groundbreaking texture technology with some of the hottest trends including matte and shimmer finishes, Nicole by OPI has created a new line of lacquers for cutting-edge manicures. Worn without top coat, Gumdrops lacquers dry to a textured matte finish to give nails a “sugar” coated appearance.

My Cherry Amour - dark cherry textured base with multi-coloured glitter. The polish is absolutely gorgeous in the bottle and while it's glossy but once it dries into a matte texture it is not so much. Don't get me wrong I still like it but the glossy version is just amazing. Two coats were fully opaque.
And here is a version with topcoat. It beautifully sparkles with rainbow coloured glitter in the sun and the colour looks much richer.
A-Nise Treat - charcoal black textured base with silver glitter. It's chic rock chick look and I like it! It applied easily and two coats were fully opaque.
Blue-Berry Sweet On You - lavender blue textured base with silver glitter. This polish has a slight foil-like shine to it and it doesn't feel as gritty as the other ones. The formula was slightly thicker but manageable and two coats were fully opaque.
Candy Is Dandy - medium pink textured base with holographic glitter and silver particles. It's a pretty pink and I like the bigger holo glitters, they stand out nicely and shine in the sun. It is a bit sheerer so I've had to apply two thick coats.

Cinna-Man Of My Dreams - bronze brown base with silver, blue and bronze particles. It's an interesting colour combination. It is not completely brown, it is leaning towards red plus the blue particles thrown into mix make it really unusual. I'm wearing two coats.
I Lilac Gumdrops - lilac base with big silver flecks. The formula of this polish was slightly thicker yet manageable. I needed two coats for full coverage.
Overall, this collection offers some nice textured polishes with extra sparkle. They all applied easily and were opaque in two (sometimes thicker) coats. The drying time is longer than with normal nail polishes, the texture needs to dry and harden properly otherwise it can be ruined easily. But once it's completely dry it can last without chipping quite long. The removal is somewhat difficult as with glitter nail polishes.
My absolute favourite is My Cherry Amour, especially the topcoated version!
This limited edition collection will be available beginning May 2013 for $7.99 each at retailers including select Walmart (May 2013), CVS (June 2013), Rite Aid, Kmart, Kroger, Ulta, H-E-B, and Duane Reade locations (August 2013), In Canada, these shades will be available for $10.99 each at Shoppers Drug Mart, Walmart Canada (July 2013), Jean Coutu, Loblaw, and London Drug (August 2013).

Some more gorgeous WingDust polishes! Review and swatches of Guilt-y Pleasure, Deep Deep Trouble, Easter Egg Hunt and Moonlight Sonata
*Products provided for an honest review
Hello lovelies,
I've got some more gorgeous WingDust polishes for you! If you'd like to see all previously reviewed WingDust polishes click here.
First up is a Guilt-y Pleasure, gold and silver flakes topcoat with a clear base and iridescent blue particles. I've applied one coat over Nicole By OPI A Like-Haley Story. It applied well but I've had to play around with the placement of the flakes so they would spread evenly. The silver ones are bigger in my bottle which I wasn't very keen on. I'd like to see both gold and silver around the same size. The topcoat dried fast and quite smooth so I didn't apply topcoat.
Deep Deep Trouble - blue-grey jelly base with fuchsia shimmer and red, teal and silver glitter. I've applied two coats over Bad Apple Misty which is grey creme shade. The Misty nicely covered any imperfections in the Deep Deep Trouble. It was almost opaque in the two coats though. It applied nicely, dried reasonably fast and there was enough glitter in the bottle.

Easter Egg Hunt - pale blue jelly with teal shimmer full of multi-coloured hex and bar glitter. What a fun spring combination! The glitter is nicely random and reminds me of painted Easter eggs. The pigmentation was lower with this one, I needed three coats for the coverage you see in the pictures. The drying time was good and removal the same as with other glittery polishes.
Moonlight Sonata - black jelly base with subtle teal shimmer. and teal, blue, purple, holo and magenta glitter. This final finish looks absolutely gorgeous, I loved it as it reminded me of deep space. It is on the sheer side, this is three thick coats. I would recommend to apply it over black nail polish. It dried quite fast and removed as the other glitters. I needed a topcoat because it dried slightly gritty.
You can buy these and other polishes at Stephanie's WingDust Collections Etsy Store
