Tropical mix gradient with Dandy Nails Colorblind2 glitter

Hello lovelies,

As you might know I completely fell in love with black and white glitter topcoat over gradients and this is the third combination I've done in a short time. You can also check out the first and second manicure.

I have used makeup sponge, China Glaze Peachy Keen, Sunshine Pop, For Audrey and Dandy Nails Colorblind2. I have stamped over white base colour to get the colours 'pop out'.

So what do you think of this tropical mix?

Rainbow gradient nails decorated with black foil lace

Hello lovelies,

I love colourful manicures and this one is just spot on! It's a rainbow sponge gradient finished off with black lace foil.

Firstly I've painted my nails with OPI Alpine snow which makes the colours nice an vivid. Then I've used a corner of a makeup sponge to apply following polishes: China Glaze Sunshine Pop, China Glaze For Audrey, OPI Dutch 'Ya Just Love OPI?, China Glaze Dance Baby, China Glaze Poinsettia. I purposely went for a grainy look otherwise I would paint stripes of colours on the sponge to achieve more blended look. I've sealed the colours with a coat of Seche Vite topcoat.

When it all dried I've applied a thin layer of foil glue and let it dry. Then I applied a black lace pattern foil (I got mine from Rio Beauty) and sealed again with topcoat. Lace foils are a bit problematic as sometimes they don't stick properly. I found the result good enough this time :)

Hope you like it!

Deborah Lippmann meets A England - Chevron nail art

Hello lovelies,

A long time ago I've reviewed Deborah Lippmann's Mermaid Dream polish on which I've painted two-toned chevrons reminding fishtail. Firstly I've used tape to create a precise blue chevron and then I painted the purple chevron freehand.

Polishes used:
Deborah Lippmann's Mermaid Dream
A England Galahad
A England Guinevere

Summer nail art dotticure and review & swatches of China Glaze Aquadelic

Hello lovelies!

Just before I go to holiday our landlord scheduled changing of the windows *slaps her forehead*...that's exactly what I need - three days of moving furniture and cleaning instead of packing and last minute shopping.

Today I have for you another dotticure. That's because today's Summer Challenge theme is Turquoise, Aqua or Jade - Freestyle Day.

For this manicure I've used China Glaze Aquadelic, A England Camelot and Essie Mint Candy Apple.

China Glaze Aquadelic - aqua blue creme shade. It's a really lovely colour I adored on my nails, so summery! It applied ok, the only thing I had problem with were patches in the first coat. Second coat evened everything out . Polish dried fast and removal was super easy.

Gorgeous Illamasqua Nudge - Review and swatches

Hello lovelies,

Today I feel like a plain creme colour and since the sky is bright and blue I'll show you Illamasqua Nudge :) I don't own this polish but I got to try this shade thanks to a dear friend Mína and Viennettka.

Nudge - pastel aqua creme. This is a gorgeous pastel shade that just screams 'SUMMER'! It applies so well - it just glides on the nail. The pigmentation is quite good too, I'm wearing two thicker coats. The formula is overall good but a little watery. If I would be shopping at Illamasqua I probably wouldn't buy this shade but when I had it on my nails I quite liked it. So what do you think?

Catrice Return Of Space Cowboys and ¿Holo Qué Tal?! spectacular combo!

Hello lovelies!

Oooh, I have something very special today! Thanks to one special lady from Holland I got my paws on Catrice Return Of Space Cowboys and ¿Holo Qué Tal?! from Million Styles collection! I'll show you both!

Both are basically glass flecks in a lightly coloured jelly base. The formula is good, shiny and easy to apply. Firstly I've applied one coat of Return Of Space Cowboys over A England Camelot (black).

Next I've applied one coat of ¿Holo Qué Tal?!, which is a really stupid name by the way, over the previous combination. The result was spectacular! If you click on the pictures you should see it in better quality.

Devilish Polishes Ann, Denise and Erin - review and swatches

Hello lovelies!

I've got here three polishes from new Devilish Polish brand. It's a new indie brand that comes up with three shimmer shades. Kelly says about her polishes: "These 3 colors are based on three of my family members. My aunt, my mother in law and grand mother in law. My next line will probably be dedicated to my mom".

Devilish Polish Ann - lovely rose pink. The finish is shimmery but also shiny, foil-like. I've experience little streaks but nothing bad as you can see. I needed two thicker coats for full coverage. It also dried very fast.

Devilish Polish Denise - vibrant grape purple shimmer. This is my favourite colour from the three, it's really pretty purple with tiny blue and magenta specks. Almost no streaks and it dried quite fast; I'm wearing two coats. This is the only swatch I've applied topcoat to. Check this polish in a nail art manicure here.

Devilish Polish Erin - sky blue foil shimmer. A lovely, lovely shade of blue, quite bright and shiny. It's little bit streaky and dries fast. It applied slightly better than the previous two shades. I've wearing two coats and no topcoat. I've done a nail art dotticure with this shade, check it out here.

All three polishes had thicker formula but the application was easy. Erin has slightly better formula. They all dry fast and have shimmer in them. I know that shimmer polishes are not exactly unique but especially the purple one looks gorgeous.

Kelly now offers just these three shades but she plans to do glitter polishes in the future too. Can't wait! If you'll like them, you can purchase them at devilishpolishstore.blogspot.com and you can follow that blog for updates on new polishes coming out. Kelly also has a personal blog devilish-polish.com

So what do you think?
