Hello lovelies!
Oooh, I have something very special today! Thanks to one special lady from Holland I got my paws on Catrice Return Of Space Cowboys and ¿Holo Qué Tal?! from Million Styles collection! I'll show you both!
Both are basically glass flecks in a lightly coloured jelly base. The formula is good, shiny and easy to apply. Firstly I've applied one coat of Return Of Space Cowboys over A England Camelot (black).
Next I've applied one coat of ¿Holo Qué Tal?!, which is a really stupid name by the way, over the previous combination. The result was spectacular! If you click on the pictures you should see it in better quality.
Great colors...I happen to like the name- means "What's Up" (slang) in Spanish.
ReplyDeleteThey are both absolutely fabulous! I love your pics, they're really good!!
ReplyDeleteThey are truly gorgeous both of them!
ReplyDeleteI liked space cowboy more. I think I should use holo for myself separately , but that's my opinion
ReplyDeleteHi Lucy,
ReplyDeleteBrava -- beautiful nails and photos!
I own four of the Catrice Million Styles topcoats and recently did some layering similar to yours: Essie Midnight Cami as the dark blueblack base, followed by a stripe on a third of the nail of Return of Space Cowboys, a neighboring stripe of Holo Que Tal [overlapping the stripes is encouraged; it's gorgeous], followed by a stripe of Godfather of Pearl on the final third. These "stripes" can be done in any order; as mentioned, when they overlap, it creates the effect shown in your swatches. Then, as a topcoat over the entire nail, Have An Ice Day, which is a holo microglitter a la China Glaze Fairy Dust.
Believe me, the result is stunning. I got the idea from the Mood Ring mani, but used Catrice Million Styles in lieu of CND Effects polishes, to create some WOW galaxy nails.
Purdy! Reminds me of CND Effects top coats.
ReplyDeleteBoth are gorgeous!
