Hello lovelies,
I'm still not over the gorgeous Zoya collections for fall so I've done another manicure with them. This is my first stab at 'ikat' design. It's not perfect but next time I'll try to do better :)
I've used Zoya Natty, Bevin, Monica and OPI Alpine Snow for this manicure.
It's gorgeous!! Could you make a tutorial?)
ReplyDeleteThank you Maria. This mani is quite simple. Just paint the base colour and then paint with thin brush in short strokes. I started from the middle of the pattern.
DeleteThis is so cool I love it
ReplyDeleteEpic! You make it sound so simple as well. I'd love to see a tutorial though, those are always great :)
ReplyDeleteI'll do my best to do a tutorial soon then :)
Deletewow well done!
ReplyDeleteGorgeous color combo!
ReplyDeleteWow, i love it! This seems so simple yet it looks amazing! I have to try it soon!
ReplyDeleteThis is so made of WIN!
ReplyDeleteUna manicura increible, me encanta
ReplyDeleteUn beso, Maquillando sueños
Oh wow you did an awesome job especially for an experiment. Is it crazy that I was in love with all of the Zoya's Designer Collection swatches but now that I have them I don't love them so much. I am completely smitten by Essie's Stylenomics Collection.
ReplyDeleteimpressive, I like that! :-)
ReplyDeleteJe mi prostě záhadou, jak ty děláš všechen ten svůj nail art :). Tohle jsou opět maximálně povedený nehty, krása.
ReplyDeleteDekuju Dasi! Potrbujes ruzne stetecky, cim tensi tim lepsi, treba houbicku n a makeup na gradients, razitkovaci sadu atd. je fakt hodne pomucek a vychytavek, kteryma si pomaham, ale zaklad je mit napad ;)
DeleteA to je zas to co nechápu já:-D Ty jsi prostě nevyčerpatelná studnice...
DeleteDekuji Dejni :) Je pravda, ze inspirovat se da cimkoliv, treba vzorem na satech, ovocem, proste cimkoliv :)
DeleteGorgeous tribal effect. How'd you do that?
ReplyDeleteIt is quite simple. Just paint the base colour and then paint with thin brush in short strokes. I started from the middle of the pattern :)
DeleteThis is really cool! Tutorial, tutorial! :)
ReplyDeleteThank you! I'll try to do one soon :)
DeleteMaybe simple for you to do - not so much for me! I tend to come out with mush when I try doing things that are more than color blocking or maybe some dots! I love - love - love this! The colors are fab together. This would be great to see you do in other fav shade combos of yours too. Too funny as I have just read/seen 3 blogs doing Ikat designs all done the same day! Rebecca (RLN) and Kayla think it was have Ikat as well for Sept5th.
ReplyDeleteyeah your're right! I've published mine and then a bit later I've seen another two ikat manis show on other blogs :D Lucky coincinedce :) Kayla's ikat was absolutely awesome, I loved that one so much!
DeleteIt looks great, but I don;t know why it's reminds me scariest horror movies! It's a bit disturbing to be honest ;)
ReplyDeletegorgeous design!

ReplyDeleteLove it , will be watching out for a tutorial!
ReplyDeleteSeriously stunning!
ReplyDeleteNice manicure!
ReplyDeleteThis is beeeeautiful! I absolutely LOVE your blog. Have been following a while now! I really want to try Zoya in Katherine. I am in love with burgundy/wine/deep red colours at the moment! Zoya looks like it gives a nice thick, glass like finish. Love that. X
