OPI Muppets Collection 2011 - Designer... de Better! Review & swatches

Finally, yay! I have few OPI Muppets polishes, mostly miniatures, and they are gorgeous! Muppets collection is this year's holiday collection and as well as last year it consists of six shimmery and six glitter polishes. I got the set of four miniatures for start but I think I will need some full size ones as well.

I will start with a very unique shade - Designer... de Better!

Designer... de Better! - silver foil packed with orange flecks. This is a great polish! It's so shiny! It applied great and the pigmentation is good so I've used 2 thicker coats. Drying time was average but you can use fast drying top coat. The only problem was the small brush that comes with the OPI minis (of course, my choice..). I've never seen the same shade anywhere so for me this is definitely a unique shade. Sure I've seen silver foil polishes but they haven't had the orange flecks. Overall beautiful shade which I would like to have in a full size.

  1. The silver foil with the orange-y glitter is so cool! I've always loved the concept of silver and gold mixed in jewelry, so I'm loving that in a polish as well. Beautiful.

  2. great shade!!! love it!

  3. I was not going to get this shade in the M collection but the shop owner talked me into it - now I love it...it's not like any silver foils I have - it's got more gold in it and it's soft in it's effect. I am super happy I bought it. Makes a great base for any of the M. glitters too.
