Splatter Manicure featuring OPI Euro Centrale colours. Includes TUTORIAL!

Hello lovelies,

I haven't done any splatter manicure for a while, haven't I? I really liked how the colours in the OPI Euro Centrale collection matched together so I have used them in the following splatter mani :)

I have used OPI Can’t Find My Czechbook, OPI…Eurso Euro, You’re Such A Budapest and Alpine Snow.

    How long do you usually have to wait for your splatter manicures to dry before using topcoat? Mine always end up gloopy and it's FOREVER before I can topcoat without smudging things!!
