Happy Easter Monday!!! A little Easter eggs on my nails..
Hi everyone!
Happy Easter Monday! Hope you all had a lovely Easter weekend, I did :) I just want to share my 'Easter eggs on nails' manicure and some of my easter eggs I make (maybe it will inspire somebody) x
Yes, they are all just empty eggshells (so they can last forever if you won't break them). I have a small hobby drill to make holes in them but you have to be careful, they break often. Then I put ribbon in the holes :)
Both is nice - nails and eggs :) I didn't dye eggs this year, as it was too little time for it but using "egg camisoles" was a good idea, too :) But I always admire this kind of hand-craft, you could show your work in museums! Verunka
Oh, those are brilliant! I absolutely love how nicely those came out, how the shape of the eggs fit perfectly to your nails and those little patterns on them.
I haven't seen any tutorial on YT, no. I melt wax crayons at the top of oil burner/aroma lamp and then use a pencil with pin in itt to dip it to te wax and the draw a stroke on the egg with it. x
OMG! I saw the mani on Facebook but I hadn't realised it was you I guess. I love the way it turned out and I love the way you decorated your eggs. You must be a patient person!
Thank you :) Yes, those are empty egg shells. I just blow them throughout the year and keep them, they don't smell bad or anything (however I do rinse them) x
Hi Tammy, thank you very much! I don't have a tutorial for this look but I've done following: 1. do the gradient on whole nail 2.paint the white patterns 3. paint the black frame at last

ReplyDeleteSome of your decorated eggs have holes in them. Are they empty inside? Because I've never seen this technique on hollow eggs :)
