Models Own Indian Ocean from Beetlejuice Collection - Review and swatches

Hello lovelies!

As you know, Models Own added three new shades to their Beetlejuice collection in the middle of March. I've ordered only one of them - Indian Ocean.

Indian Ocean - pale blue with pink irridescent flecks. I bought this polish for one reason - layering! By itself it is not very opaque but layered over a different polish, it creates a very nice effect. I'm wearing three coats and I can still see nail line. The pink irridescent flecks are duochrome changing into golden and golden green shades. Drying time is average to long as I've applied three thicker coats. One coat layered over a different polish would probably dry much faster. It applied nicely :)

    While I love it for layering, it's such a beauty on its own. If only it were more opaque!

    I LOVE indian ocean for layering. It's such a shame that it's not more opaque because it would be such a beautiful polish on it's own!

    I absolutely love this polish. The other day I layered it over white on my toes and both my mum and nan commented on how good it looked. They never comment on my polish, except to note I've obviously bought ANOTHER ONE! (and yes, they always say it in caps!)

    Agggh I just left Helsinki when they were announcing these. Can't get them in Newfoundland. This one is absolutely on the list for September. I would imagine it'd look awesome over a light blue base.
